How do I help my cat through heat?

My cat is 4-ish months old, and is beginning her first cycle of heat. Before anyone comes at me, we are getting her spayed as soon as we possibly can!!

However, for the moment, how can I help her? I'm aware that heat can cause a lot of stress and frustration for cats, and I want to at least help her through it in a way where she won't be so stressed.

I know for sure I should never manually stimulate her, I believe that is common sense. But I do want to know if there's anything I can do to help her.
