Thought they moved for Coraline's Garden

When I was a kid and saw the scene when coraline said "Mom, I want stuff growing when my friends come to visit! Isnt that why we moved here?" I thought they had moved strictly because Coraline was going to grow a garden for everyone. Its funny how I interpreted coraline as a 9 year old comared to now
