Plastic surgery or dermatology offices that offer facials?
I’ve looked through previous threads and it looks like most recommendations are for standalone med spas. Before I moved to SF, I had an incredible esthetician that worked at a plastic surgery practice. In my experience, medspas tend to be overpriced and things like dermaplane and red light therapy are charged as add-ons. Whereas a medical practice can charge more competitive prices because their primary business model relies on surgical procedures.
