Prominent laughing lines. Thinking of doing something permanent about it?

I tried very hard to accept it. I recently turned 25 . So maybe its mainly because of my face structure. Tried all kind of serums. Now i just dont want to do anything. I have some savings. So moneywise i am fine.

Plz instead of telling me not to do it. Help me find a good plastic surgeon instead.

I hear about dr. Shruti handa(delhi) . Any other recomm.

These laughing lines exponentially makes me look way too old. And thats fine. But its just i am in my mid twenties. So i am very insecure about it. That too mine is very much prominent.

I am wearing braces as of now. Took out 4 molars to align my jaws. But as my upper jaw moved inward. The looseness increased.

So i am planning to do some procedure.

I am confused between bangalore and delhi. Also budget wise if someone knows how much it will cost ?
