First Case - As a caseworker

Hellooo!!!! It's been 14 weeks since I started working as a caseworker and my regime is VAT. Yesterday I got allocated on my first solo case. I was not well for the past two weeks and I don't know what to do with my case..... If anyone here knows what are the steps that we need to do in general.
