Quest 2 controller(s) suddenly very buggy

heres a list of issues cause i dont feel like typing out a whole essay:

-Light on the ring is very dim compared to other controller

-trigger button refusing to respond most of the time

-the meta button works for holding but not pressing

-selection laser thingy randomly appearing and disappearing

left controller has similar issues but less prevalent, these issues just suddenly popped up out of nowhere, they were mostly fine yesterday
