Can I still get my account back

I'm in Australia where under 16s get their account taken down unless they can prove they're of age with id. My account was suspended late July and I turned 16 recently so I was hoping I could get my account back, but every time I submitted my id an error occurred so I tried multiple times and now it says I've reached the limit for how many times I can review and update my birthday.

Now whenever I log into my account it logs me in as "Instagram User" and doesn't let me do anything. It doesn't take me to the "verify your age" page anymore.

I've had this account for years and it has so many memories. What do I do 💔
