Burrowing Question

Sort of a two part question here...I've had a tarantula for almost 1 calendar year. She'll be 6 in November. She's a curly hair. Recently she's been working overtime on her burrow and I got worried because I hadn't seen her in a few days. I checked on her and I felt bad because she really dug super deep and I sort of messed up her vibes a little. I'm worried now I did something wrong by checking on her. Anyone with borrowers have any advice? Should I be concerned about the depth and stability of her tunnel?
