American here watching this Tour of Espagne or whatever it's called in Europe, and I can't help but feel like the riders are just not what they used to be? Would Lance have been able to win La Tour this year if he started? Sorry, I didn't watch it because I'm just getting back into cycling again after being put off by the way America was treated.
