can ultherapy make your face look hollow?

i want to try ultherapy but the more i look it up the more i see people saying their face looked too skinny or their cheeks looked hollow. that’s the part that’s stopping me.
i don’t have a lot of face fat to begin with, so i’m more worried about that than the lift.
does it depend on the clinic and the shot count? anyone actually done it?
