Has anyone irl found your seeking acct? Colleagues, friends etc

I keep deactivating my account bc I think someone will see me on there bc of that it’s really limiting my messages I’ve probably been fully active for a 1-2 full 24hr days have received about 30+ messages… etc what are the chances of being spotted or is it just my anxiety lol
