Vasovagal Episode?

Last night I was completely fine before bed. No nausea, stomach pain, or feeling sick at all. I fell asleep and my son woke me up around 1 AM. As soon as I got up, I suddenly felt extremely hot and started sweating like crazy. I felt faint/woozy, really weird, and then suddenly felt like I might throw up.
I went to the bathroom and ended up vomiting once (a few heaves), but I never had any stomach pain. About 20 minutes later I had a normal bowel movement, not diarrhea. Afterward I went back to bed, slept normally, and woke up feeling fine.
I do have anxiety/emetophobia, so obviously the whole thing scared me, but it felt like the physical symptoms came before the anxiety. I had also taken retatrutide the day before, so I’m wondering if nausea from that could have triggered a vasovagal response.
Has anyone experienced a vasovagal episode like this—sudden intense sweating, feeling faint, nausea/vomiting, and then feeling relatively normal afterward? What did yours feel like? I’m sorry, I just have no idea where this came from.
