Odd website reporting data breaches with no cite, nor references on where they are getting their breach information.

Had a coworker forward me this link…

Clicking on the Latest link, they list multiple “breaches”, most stating the breach was “Not Publicly Disclosed”. Im wondering where they are getting this information? And how they are not being contacted when/if they report incorrect information?

I checked their physical address, they spelled their street wrong, and the address(with a slight spelling modification) maps to a strip mall in Nashville, Tennessee. Which doesn’t appear to host their business.

Any idea how who they are and if the way are legitimate? Or just a fake site trying to sell something?
