Question about animals in aj

I haven’t played for years i recently got back on like 3 weeks ago, i want to clear my animal inventory but im worried i wont be able to buy the animal again, specifically seasonal animals. Are seasonal animals available to you all year round once you buy them even after you delete your animal ?
