Kindly advise

Hi everyone. Kindly advise on this. My PR got refused due to non accompanying spouse. Consequently my BOWP was rejected as well. I called IRCC to confirm if I have restoration period or I need to leave immediately and they confirmed I have restoration period. I applied for a visitor’s record which was refused within a week. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and my doctor says not cleared to travel. I have applied for restoration status again. Also, my spouse and I got a new invite and we submitted our documents already for PR.

My 90 days restoration elapse on October 5th. My question is, is it necessary for me to raise a webform to my PR explaining my situation and why I’m still in the country or they would see my previous application because I still haven’t gotten an update on my restoration application.
