Being a lesbian in a small town is so isolating

I would love to have potential partners who aren't a million miles away, or even just sapphic friends, but where I live there are very few lesbians or sapphics in general. The best I got was a woman who claimed to be a lesbian after her boyfriend broke up with her, got with me for a few weeks, then immediately only dated men again, and I dont really feel like she ever truly liked me, she just wanted a distraction. The only other one I met was pansexual but only ever dated men and is in a long term relationship with a man. When I asked about her type, she only described male characteristics and male celebrity crushes. I really wish there were lesbians around here. Online friendships are awesome, too, but i rarely ever find anyone.
