Looking for (used) vehicle recommendations!

Hello, looking for a vehicle for my wife, myself, our twins, and dog. Currently we have a nissan rogue and once we pack a stroller there's no room for anything else. As well between the car seats there isn't enough space for our dog. We mainly do city driving with some longer road trips 8+ hours throughout the year. We live up north with lots of snow in winter. While we can spend up to 30k we would prefer to spend less (low 20s and under). If possible something that has some towing capacity for camping in future (this is bonus). We have been looking at some 3 row suvs. Thanks for your help!
