Side mission mod

I recently played GTA SA STAR N STRIPES and in the mod there are missions with a $ icon. In these missions you talk with someone, go to a place and kill some guys on a timer and bring back a case. Is there any mod like that for GTA SA? Star and Stripes is good but is far from completion and i want a mod that kind of do or add these type of missions.
