Help and advice -horticulture stand at school fair

I have been asked to lead the horticulture stand at my kids school fair.

I haven’t done it before and haven’t been handed over any details on what to do.

I was told that normally the school get given seeds and supplies for the community to grow seedlings to sell. I tried an approaching a few local businesses but no luck.

Any helpful advice for veteran school fair runners appreciated
