The idea is to have my components coming into smart splitters on the logistics floor. They would send their items into a buffer storage, which would send them up to the main floor into my personal storage, which would send them up into a dimensional depot. Then I have a lift at the bottom rear of each storage that will send items off to another storage area to await transport to other sites. The overflow when everything is full would get sent to a merger on a sushi belt into a sink.

It seems like the export lift takes priority over the one going up to the main floor since everything gets sent there until it fills up before a single item gets sent up to the main floor. Not a big deal since once the personal storage fills up it can't get drained back down, and it shouldn't have any issues keeping DD full as long as the storage in the export area has time to fill up again before the next transport.

It's not an overly complicated setup, but I'm just wondering if there's a better way to do it? I have MK4 belts and lifts, I just used MK1s for the design testing. There will also be more than 3, I was just testing the layout before I blueprint and implement.

Setting up my first storage and export system, wondering if this is the best way to do it, or if there's a better way?
