Should she consider herself out?

Hi guys,

I'm asking this on behalf of my friend who isn't on reddit.

My friend applied for this DM Apprenticeship thing and gave the online test on the 5th of September.

Unlike most of you who have received calls from HRs. She hasn't received any call for further rounds and neither has she received any mail communicating her candidature status as of today.

It has been a week since she took the test so should she consider herself as not selected?
