Financial aid delays

I’ve only recieved a part of my financial aid and I am missing 2k worth of it supposedly there is two deadlines one the 15th and 30th this is the most unorganized thing ever I know at the end I’ll owe 500 but idk if it’ll be for the 15th deadline or the 30th I’m so confused and over this
