Skipping Term End Exam, or not filling up the form.

Hi everyone, I am new to here and i have some doubts regarding the Term End Examination.

I want to skip the the exam for some reasons, but i have completed my assignments and will submit it, so if i submit my assignments and don't fill up the examination form, will that create a problem or just fill up the form and skil the exam.

And can i appear for june term end exam if, i skipped the December exam ?
