Best sofa to buy online that's proven and tested to be great??

Our old couch is completely shot and we're looking to upgrade and we're really not going on the big box ones because we actually saved for this and custom it is.

A designer friend of mine told me to look into BenchMade Modern because they offer a lifetime frame warranty plus I saw they send out actual full-sized paper printouts of the couch layout to test in your room before you buy. I've also seen reviews around but has anyone actually bought a couch from them here??
