I finally got Magby! 😭🥹

TLDR Finding 2km eggs with Magby possibility since yesterday
I’ve been wanting it for over a year for the shiny Celebi research. I missed the recent event but got a 2km egg yesterday and saw the possibility for Magby. Hatched Pichu of course, and then got different km eggs. But I went to the same place today and got three more 2km eggs and actually hatched Magby. I’m so pleased to finally have it. I still have to regular Celebi research to complete the Johto Dex, and then complete the Shiny Celebi research but I’m so glad to have finally gotten this elusive little Pokémon. I knew about the Maschiff event, but not about Magby. Thought maybe someone else who didn’t know can now get Magby. Sorry if this post violates any rules, I’m not used to posting. :)
