Vaginal cramps

I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant and had tested for low ureaplasma. Got it treated with safe antibiotics . but now I’m having like vaginal cramps and inner labia soreness I don’t think it’s connected but has anyone ever had vaginal cramps during pregnancy? Not stomach cramps or tightening like it feels like it’s by my cervix or something.
