Gboard android suggestions

So I'm using the Gboard Rambler option with Morph Patches on S23 Ultra. It seems to be working pretty good. The voice dictation is excellent. But there is couple of suggestions and features that would be really good.

1. On Gboard, if there is an option to make the numbers keys dialer like square rather than just a row, that would be good. That option should be there in the settings.

2. Also, the Rambler dictation dictionary is not working, so I can't add custom Rambler words for Gboard.

3. The clipboard menu doesn't allow me to rearrange the clipboards, and also it comes with this weird number one pin, number two pin text, which is very confusing.

These are all the feedbacks coming from a person coming from regular user of SwiftKey for the past 15 years. If this can be implemented by Gboard, great, or if somebody can ask the Gboard patch owner to implement this, that would be pretty good as well.
