I feel so defeated… 74 on TCP. Need help…

TCP

This isn’t even my first time taking this TCP test either. I passed REG. But TCP is supposedly the “easy” test and I literally failed it by 1 fucking point. It’s even worse because I work as a tax preparer seasonally. I scored higher than average in Individual tax because that’s what I work with, mainly individuals, small businesses/partnerships and rentals, but S-corp/C-corp entity taxation I’m largely unfamiliar with and I recognize that’s my weakness.

If TCP is too hard for me, then what hope do I have passing FAR? Ugh…. Anyway, does anyone have strategies on reviewing in this situation? I’ve gone into Becker’s final review section and downloaded the outline for each module. I don’t have it in me to review the whole book again, so I’m going with the outline for a refresher, then I plan to do 50 MCQ and 1TBS a day then finish each week off with a full SE test.

I just…. feel like such a failure. I was hoping to tie this up to move on to the harder topics but I’m struggling with the absolute basics it seems.

TLDR 1. Anyone have any TCP study tips if you got a similar score (74, almost passing)? 2. How do I not become depressed over the fact I feel like a dumb-dumb for not passing these tests??
