bf just diagnosed need advice?

i(f20) might regret posting this but my bf(m23) was just diagnosed with HSV2 and im a little unsure of what to do. i tested positive for chlamydia a few weeks ago so he go tested. his tests just came back (negative for chlamydia) and he's positive for HSV2. he said he knows where it came from and that i need to make a decision on whether or not we risk it. im going to get tested in a few weeks for HSV, among other things, and i guess i just need advice? ive had SOME symptoms but was told it could just be from the chlamydia or friction blisters. i may very well have HSV (which will be a new road to go down if i do) but assuming i dont, im afraid of what to do. i love him very much and dont want to break up because, to be quite honest, i cant imagine a life where we just dont do anything in bed. i want kids in the future (with him) and i know doing it without protection puts me, and said babies, at risk. im just afraid and need a little reassurance or guidance?
