How can I, as an MLO, help you grow your business?
I'm a new mortgage broker officer and want to start developing relationships with realtors. I firmly believe believe in mutualistic relationships and want to better understand the pain points of realtors so that I could come up with ways to better service the shit out of y'all and your clients.
What I've surmised so far is every MLO tells realtors "I got the best rates, the lowest fees, the best customer service, etc". In my case those are genuinely true as a broker since I get access to wholesale rates, but those alone don't feel like a unique differentiator to establish a long-term relationship and more importantly trust.
What have loan officers done in the past for you that really wow'ed you or how have they gained your trust that you would refer them your buyer clients? What do you wish a lender / loan officer would do for you?
Are there any tech products or services that would be really helpful to you if I provided it i.e. a valuation report generator that you could put a listing in and it pops out an aesthetic one pager with sold comps you could hand to prospects at an open house?
