bought a house with a common law partner me (33M) and partner (32F) and lost for words

TL DR I'm looking for some honest advice because I'm in a situation that I feel like I got myself into before fully thinking about what I wanted long-term.

My common-law partner and I bought a house together. At the time, I thought it was the right thing to do and I genuinely cared about the relationship. But as time has gone on, I've started realizing that I don't truly see myself spending the rest of my life with her.

The difficult part is that we now have a house together, a mortgage, bills, and all the financial responsibilities that come with owning a home. It's not as simple as just deciding to leave and moving on.

I feel guilty because I don't want to hurt her, but at the same time, I don't think it's fair to either of us for me to stay in a relationship indefinitely just because we bought a house together.

Has anyone else been in a situation where they bought a home with their partner and later realized they didn't want to spend their life with that person?

How did you handle the relationship, mortgage, and ownership of the house? Did one person buy the other out, sell the house, or find another arrangement?

I'm honestly trying to figure out how to approach this without completely screwing up both of our lives financially or emotionally.
