Be honest: what matters more in society beauty, intelligence, or personality?

And I’m not talking about extremes like “beautiful but dumb.” I mean someone who’s heavenly attractive, has average intelligence, and a good personality on the other hand below avg looking, extremely intelligent and a good personality etc From a societal perspective, which one carries the most weight?
