Tw: Miscarriage 7 weeks

I don’t know what to do. I know there isn’t anything I can do but I found today that I miscarried at 7 weeks. I had a “silent” miscarriage. But my doctor suggested waiting to see if it passes, taking meds or surgically removing. I was leaning toward the surgery, but now I am bleeding a lot and in a lot of pain. I’m not sure if I’ve passed it yet. But I’m so distraught and lost. I feel so empty. Any advice would help. Thank you
