Best fine ish restaurant dessert downtown?

I’m a hugggge dessert fan and everytime I google best dessert Vancouver I get some ice cream places and Breka. What is the best fine ish dining restaurant in downtown Vancouver that has yummy dessert? Something worth going even to even if you’re not ordering a main course. We really enjoyed Nightingale, and Boulevard and Botanist are on our list of places to go!
