Personal cup double star

It's been a while so I'm not sure if the rules have changed... If I order a drink+food or some other stuff, and bring my own cup, does the whole order get double starts? Or just the drink with personal cup?

Thanks!! The rules change so much and quickly so I'm afraid that I'm no longer up to date...
