18mm follicle disappeared on day 15

On day 15 of stims my largest follicle (18mm) just disappeared.

My other follicle was 16mm.

No signs of ovulation on labs or ultrasound. They brought me back the next day for another ultrasound with the doctor. Still gone.

Has this happened to anyone else?

My doctor recommended canceling the cycle.

I thought I was going to get two eggs then I’m suddenly cancelling.
