Can Therapy Help Me?

Can therapy help when the person knows what would help their situation, but that solution isn't possible?

I want to go no contact with my emotionally immature aging mom who emotionally neglected me as a child, but I'm the only person she has to help her manage her life. She lives in a long-term care facility, but they can't do all the things that need to be done for her. I'm constantly on edge because it's like I'm on call 24/7 for my mom and her caregivers. Every time my mom calls she tries to manipulate me or just complains about something and expects me to solve all of her problems.

Would a therapist be able to help me through this? If so, what type of therapy would be best? I am also open to book recommendations.
