Hit and Run - 29th and Polk

Hi everyone - my friend was driving her kids to school this morning (Friday, 9/11, between about 8:05 and 8:10 am). She was going west on 29th street and turned right onto Polk. As she turned, the driver behind her passed her, going fast, and clipped her bumper. The other driver sped off, and because she was turning, she didn't catch any details about the driver or the car.

We're posting this on the off chance that someone might have witnessed the accident or even (miracles happen!) caught it on a dashcam or a doorbell camera. If so, I would really appreciate a DM or a comment. Thanks in advance. And stay safe out there! The crazies appear to be out in force.
