Hunger games

I’m so sorry. Can someone just explain the premise in dumb terms to me? Hahaha. I just learned about it tonight and it’s confusing. People are “jumping” people. There’s glitches. Why is everyone in face paint and camo 😂 there are strikes. I’m assuming if someone requests to battle you you can’t say no? But teams are okay? I’m getting too old for this lol
