Tldr:

Maybe SEAblings can take things to our hands.

I believe everyone is affected by trans boundary haze

And ever since ASEAN haze agreement 2002, it still happens every year. It feels like the agreement is not doing anything.

The doctrine of ASEAN is that we are like family and would not interfere with each domestic situations. (We are an association not a union)

Malaysia has made a stronger stance in 2025,2026.

Next year ASEAN is held in Singapore 2027

The El nino is ongoing . This should not have happened. Trees shouldn't have turned to paper money. ( Maybe not excessively). We own the forest. We should make a stance. If money is the problem, either due to greed or survivability, maybe money could have been the solution . One of it....

**What can we do?**

Getting together, brain, muscle, power, money, technology.

One thing Nepal flood disaster shows is that it is possible to figure out the source in weeks, not decades.

1. Whistleblower site

2. GeoGis of the terrains. What encourage burning? Before and after? Where is the ground zero?Who owns the lands

3. Firefighting and environmental engineering. Terrain nature shapers like Elephant and pigs and digging animals.

4. Legal ---- idk

5. Money - crowdfunding

6 community/ village head - knows the ground, the culture

7. Journalism - Fact check and reference

8. Digital attention - Maybe something more concrete comes out in 2027 ASEAN conference

The slash - and burn method encourage burning. We can use terrain to promote moisture in the area and firefighting method to stop the spread.

SEAblings boleh? What are your thoughts? (Trans boundary haze)
