Period causing issues?

I have the Mirena so I don't get a period often (though I do still have PMS fairly regularly) but I'm having one this month, and it's bizarre. My heart rate is low, dropping into the 50s when I'm sleeping, and I'm having more PVCs. I'm also cold and I cannot get coat hanger pain to go away; I feel like I'm on the verge of a migraine for the last two days. Plus I'm exhausted and not sleeping well, but that's not that out of the ordinary. Does this happen to anyone else?
