I-485 pending over 1 year after interview, then RFE — has anyone been approved immediately after RFE response?

My question is specifically for people whose I-485 had been pending for a long time after their interview, and then USCIS issued an RFE:
Did USCIS approve your I-485 very quickly after receiving your RFE response?
For example:
● Same day?
● Next day?
● Within a few days?
● Within a couple of weeks?
● Or did you still wait several months?
