Anyone with passport pullout experience in Spain consulate?

I have a flight next week and my visa application is still pending with Spain, via BLS. My flight is to a non-schengen area.

Meron po ba sa inyo naka experience ng passport pullout during application? How was the process and paano po i-request?

I understand that it will also mean that my application will be withdrawn.
