Qwen gives dumb answers to easy questions.

I'm still a little new to the local game and building something where I have whisper feeding transcription to qwen and I get really dumb answers back. Whisper is pretty well tuned 3.5 distil haven't had too many issues aside from mic gain and delay timers.

So far for llm I have used 3.8 27b and 3.5 9b. This is all live and time matters so 9b is favored, but both still give stupid answers.

Like ask it 14%/80 and it says the answer wrong and in ounces..

Also I tried giving 3.5 a tool since some people say that helps (it didn't).

Anyone got any ideas?
