Vegan places in Istanbul and Goreme/Cappadocia?

I’m staying in Istanbul for a month, with a 5 days in Cappadocia. I’m staying near Galata but am happy to travel elsewhere for nice vegan options. I’d appreciate any recommendations! So far I really like Vegan Istanbul and Vegan Masa to eat out at, but I’d appreciate any other vegan restaurants and also supermarkets where I can purchase vegan essentials. I haven’t found tofu unfortunately so I’ve accepted this may be a tofu-free trip, but if you know where to buy reasonably affordable tofu, you’d be my hero!
