Homebase 3 security flaw

Hello people of the internet.
This is a post regarding the “security” system Homebase 3 with various cameras.
So I just had my first system outage.
Homebase 3 went offline for whatever reason, meaning my security cameras were all offline.
I received no notification from the Eufy app that Homebase was offline. Sure the cameras were flashing red, as was the Homebase unit. But, the app did not send me any notifications about an outage.
All of my settings on my iPhone are on.
I get all notifications of activity from the cameras as and when.
But surely there should be an alarm from the app when there’s an outage.
I’ve been on Eufy livechat about this and the AI chatbot actually recognises it as a flaw and when I asked for the flaw to be escalated to Eufy, the chatbot cut me off!!
How is this security? Hell! I have a meat thermometer that alarms when it loses connection so why can’t a security system?
Anyone else noticed this?
