What do they want from International applicants man😭

For context, I am an hkdse student looking to apply for dentistry.

Will be taking my ucat soon, but currently averaging around low 2000s.

I have been researching and found that they only offer 1 to 5 seats for international students per university. Only 5?? This is a complete shock to the system for me, as the hk government has been actively encouraging non hkers to take up to 40% of most hk degrees. Honestly props to the uk government.

Do dental schools really need over 2300+? Especially for international students?
