3 days in Boston

Hi! I’m visiting Boston in a few weeks and I’ll get there on a Friday afternoon and leave Monday. Since I have limited time, curious what you’d recommend I see and do there?
Definitely want to visit Harvard, but would appreciate any other must see spots!
Also, let me know if you have any restaurant recommendations (esp the best seafood!). I’m open to a wide range of cuisines too. Thank you!
