Suggestion/Feedback on the revenue plot

Hello Everyone,

We have a revenue plot near ring road Vijaynagar 2nd stage behind S V regency Apartment.
What are my options with this plot.
I want to know all the possibilities with this plot. Any suggestions/ feedback are welcome.
Thank you
