hello! wanna get some advice on how to handle this dilemma. so basically my partner has a kid from a previous relationship that ended up badly. it got worse when I came into the picture where the bb mama started harassing me (and my family as well). initially, they had an agreement regarding financial support but when the situation got messy, the mama literally said “we dont need you” and prevented my partner in seeing the child. now, she’s coming back to the picture by shaming us for not being able to send money AFTER she said that we shouldn’t.

i make 3x more money than my partner and we already have a kid. i know im not financially responsible to my step kid but im stressing over how to manage this situation.
